How we are funded

Short answer: Bitfolio is paid for by its owner, and nobody else.

Who pays for Bitfolio?

Bitfolio is a self-funded project. Its owner covers hosting and production costs. There are no investors, advertisers or sponsors.

Does Bitfolio earn money from links or recommendations?

No. There are no affiliate links, referral codes or sponsored placements anywhere on the site. When we link to an exchange, a regulator or a project, it is because the page needs that source, and the link earns us nothing.

Will that ever change?

If Bitfolio ever adopts a funding model, this page will be updated first, and any commercial relationship will be disclosed on every page it touches. Editorial decisions would remain separate from any commercial arrangement.
